EMC

For an optimal development process and the consulting and support of our customers in case of problems with their hardware, we have our own EMC laboratory. The increasing demands on the EMC robustness of power electronic devices, force us to consider this early in the development process. For this we have built up a pre compliance EMC laboratory. We are not certified, but we are capable to perform standardized measurements to IEC / EN 61000-4. Hereby problems can be detected early and time and money can be saved during the subsequent certification of new products.

Our Equipment in Detail:

• Burst/Surge Generator:

  • Burst: up to +/- 5,5 kV; 1 MHz; td 1 s; impuls 5/50 ns
  • Surge: up to +/- 5 kV; impulse 1,2/50 µs; max. 2500 A
  • One or three-phase coupling network up to 32 A; 480 Vac
  • 50 Ohm Output for capacity coupling clamp

• ESD Simulator:

  • Contact discharge up to 10 kV
  • Air discharge up to 16,5 kV
  • Positiv or negativ polarity
  • Several coupling plates
• EMI Receiver:
  • Frequency Range 10 Hz up to 30 MHz
  • Multimode functions: sweep, spectrum analyzer, scalar network analyzer, manual receiver
